The campus sits on Claverton Down overlooking one of the most beautiful cities in England, and the students who come here tend to be high achieving and career focused. The South Asian community in Bath is small but affluent, professional, and concentrated enough that a focused event can bring everyone together.

The challenge with Bath is that it’s a small city with high social expectations. People here are used to nice things. The wine bars, the Georgian architecture, the Roman Baths. A dating event in Bath needs to match that energy without being stuffy. This show threads that needle because the comedy keeps it loose and the format keeps it real.

Bath sits close enough to Bristol that the catchment overlaps, but the two cities have very different vibes. Bath’s desi community tends to be more academic and professional, while Bristol’s is more arts and community driven. Both are valid audiences, but they’re not the same audience.
