The restaurants on City Road and Cowbridge Road East, the mosques and temples, and the businesses that serve the community are all concentrated there. Cardiff University pulls in a significant South Asian student population across medicine, business, and engineering, and the city’s status as the Welsh capital brings in professionals too.
