Stone Oak and Alamo Heights have become the neighborhoods where desi families settle. UTSA and Trinity add a student contingent. It's not as large as Dallas or Houston, but the community is established and growing.

It works in big cities and it works in smaller ones, because the formula is simple: put single people in a room with a fun excuse to be there.
