Target, UnitedHealth Group, Medtronic, and the broader Fortune 500 presence in the metro have been pulling Indian professionals to Minneapolis for years. Maple Grove, Plymouth, Eagan, Eden Prairie. The suburbs are dotted with Indian families, temples, and grocery stores. But if you're single and South Asian in the Twin Cities, your options are roughly: apps, the annual Diwali gala, or waiting for your parents to find someone.
